•Grease For Life Bearings on all pivot and drive bearings are automotive grade, requiring less maintenance and reduces operating costs.

•A Single Shaft Carriage Drive means all overhead carriage travel wheels operate on a common shaft which significantly minimizes maintenance and expenses.

A great system just keeps getting better. With the FreeStyler minimal backroom space is required for installation. This is because the FreeStyler has most controls and mixing valves self-contained on-board. Operators can quickly access the uniquely concealed onboard components through the side and back panels, or make fast and easy finger-tip adjustments to the equipment from easy to reach onboard carriage controls.

All FreeStyler wash systems exclusively use Neo-Tex ‘foam’ vehicle wash material. Neo-Tex is a closed cell material that has spongy physical characteristics but since it is closed cell, it does not absorb water and dirt does not penetrate into it; easily maintaining that “like new” appearance.

Neo-Tex is approximately 4 times lighter than traditional cloth wash material. Lighter material and lighter operation translate to less wear and tear on wash machinery.

Unlike cloth that is very strong, Neo-Tex is more forgiving and individual strands will actually break if it becomes caught or tangled in anything during the wash process. This greatly minimizes potential vehicle damage to antennas, mirrors, and other aftermarket accessories, and provides an exceptionally gentle wash experience.
