Every Kondor Flight features a standard stainless-steel carriage frame and fasteners for a corrosion-free and secure wash environment. The system’s narrow overhead rails form an “inverted runway” that helps drivers position their vehicles properly while the Auto-Resetting Breakaway Arms quickly reset themselves in all four directions should a vehicle-strike incident occur.
The Kondor Flight is designed to clean – and built to keep cleaning. That’s why every Kondor Flight includes essential solution delivery injectors, including two presoaks and a wax application. Other application options include Triple Foam, OverGlow Hi-Gloss Application, Spot-Free Rinse, additional waxes and bug spray. The galvanized travel rails and proven 25HP motor with CAT 3535 pump also help ensure extended service life and ROI.

The Kondor® Flight is available in six distinctive Trim Levels – three Trim Levels for the 1-arm (KL1) and three Trim Levels for the 2-arm (KL2) configurations. With multiple branding and color options, the design combinations are limitless. Each offering also has its own unique look and features, meaning that – based on your bay, your budget and your business – there is a Kondor® Flight model that can meet your exact needs.
The smartly designed overhead carriage head creates an inviting and clear bay to boost driver comfort and confidence. All Kondor Flight models feature narrow overhead rails that form an “inverted runway” – along with a treadle-free design – that helps drivers easily position their vehicle properly. An additional feature of the KL2 Kondor Flight model is its “field-goal post” shape that helps drivers center their vehicles quickly and safely. Plus, the Kondor Flight can wash large dually trucks, which considerably expands any wash site’s potential customer base.

Premium Cleaning Power
The Kondor® Flight is designed to clean easily and effectively so every Kondor Flight includes an injector-based solution delivery package with two Presoaks and a Wax application while also featuring the proven VFD driven 25HP CAT 3535 pump that delivers up to 1,200 psi of high-pressure application capability for premium cleaning power. For the ultimate in marketing flexibility, additional application options include Triple Foam, OverGlow Hi-Gloss Application Arch, Spot-Free Rinse, additional waxes and bug spray.
Maximum Uptime
The Kondor® Flight’s standard Auto-Resetting Breakaway Arms reset themselves without the need for manual intervention, which increases uptime while saving labor time, costs and frustration. If a vehicle strike occurs, the Kondor Flight arms give way and automatically begin the reset process, which decreases the risk of vehicle damage. Furthermore, the premium parts and components used to manufacture the Kondor Flight deliver long-term durability and repeatable performance while maximizing uptime and profitability.
Total Control
The Kondor® Flight offers remote-access capabilities, including adjustable wash speeds, customizable menu packages, resettable faults, diagnostics and email notifications. With remote access, anything that can be done from an operator console can be done from a PC or mobile device anywhere in the world, giving the operator 24/7 fingertip control of the system. Industry-leading software offers the programming flexibility of two sets of four wash packages – or eight total.
In addition to this, variable-frequency drive (VFD) motor controls allow for distinctive guidance of the speed of every movement – i.e., each pass on every wash package – for an entirely customizable setup.
Lighting the Way to Increased Throughput & More Customers
Both the KL1 and KL2 Kondor® Flight models offer the patented LED Navigation System™. GREEN, BLUE and RED lights on the Kondor Flight manifolds and available DryLite® dryers visually communicate to drivers when to pull forward, back up or stop. This enables the driver to achieve proper positioning, which facilitates faster loading and increased throughput rates.
The Kondor Flight’s patented Active Site Marketing® option features LED-enhanced carriage covers and upper and lower wash manifolds that cycle through six colors. This enhanced lighting attracts drivers off the street and onto your site – and brings them back again.
Also available are color-changing DryLite dryers that turn the wash exit into a 24/7 beacon to promote your business, reach more customers and deliver an unprecedented end-to-end wash experience.

Increase curb appeal with a Kondor Flight® proprietary Branding Package.
